Quick fixes for frequently reported problems
I can't connect my Gmail account
Make sure you're using a Google Workspace or personal Gmail account. If you see a permissions error, try signing out and back in. Check that pop-ups are enabled for our site.
The extension isn't showing in Gmail
Try refreshing the Gmail tab. If the sidebar doesn't appear, make sure the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions. You may need to pin it from the extensions menu.
My HubSpot/Salesforce integration isn't working
Disconnect and reconnect the integration from Settings > Integrations. If the issue persists, your CRM token may have expired — reconnecting will refresh it.
Draft replies seem inaccurate
Make sure your knowledge base is up to date. Upload current documents and connect relevant data sources. The more context SuperPilot has, the better the drafts.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
